This Sweepstakes is subject to the laws of the United States and is only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility and Restrictions: Entrants and winners must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, as determined by the Company. Employees of the Company, its affiliated sponsors, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.

Selection Process: Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries received on the specified date of each event, as indicated on the entry page. All decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The drawing may be conducted using an electronic script designed to randomly select the winner(s). Potential winners will be notified via email or social media within three days of the drawing. Winners must comply with all Official Rules to claim their prize.

Prizes and Taxes: Prizes are provided without warranty and are non-transferable. Winner(s) may not substitute the prize, but the Company reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes have no cash value. All taxes and fees on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

Entrants release the Company and its affiliates from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of prizes.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any circumstances preventing the Sweepstakes or prize delivery, including acts of God, war, natural disasters, or weather disruptions.

Miscellaneous: The Company is not responsible for technical issues or unauthorized access to entries. Entrants may be disqualified if they attempt to undermine the Sweepstakes’ integrity. The Company will resolve disputes and has the right to waive or modify rules as necessary.
